Job Description

-Carry out daily operations, supervise the team and ensure correct order fulfilment
-Develop and execute strategic plan to support company goals and logistics operations
-Perform data analysis and prepare reports for management
-Review and enhance customer satisfaction, service quality and productivity
-Streamline the logistics delivery schedule
-Perform costs control and resource optimization
-Inventory control of logistics assets and materials
-Handle technical and disciplinary management of staff
-Liaise with different departments and clients
-Go to warehouse to check the stock and the environment
-Perform ad-hoc required

Person specification

-Proficient in spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Japanese (N1 or above)
-At least 5 years’ experience in Logistic field
-If you apply for management position, management experience is necessary.
-Strong leadership, Sense of Responsibility
