Responsibilities:

• Answering issues and requests in the areas of desktop computing, desktop applications, networking, remote access, telecommunications, and enterprise wide applications.
• Quickly and accurately understand, diagnose and provide resolutions. Keep customers informed on request status and progress and update the cases. Close the cases upon confirmation with users.
• Work with internal and external IT system owners to solve technical issues.
• Set up PCs / Notebook with the required software and network access.
• Relocation for desktop items and maintains the correct inventory record.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in technology or related discipline
• Must have a minimum of 2 year working knowledge of IT; including networking, hardware, operating systems
• Desktop computing support and remote connectivity experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft and/or Novel, Blackberry products.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and able to follow process and procedure.
• A strong sense of responsibility.
• Good Team player, customer oriented and detail oriented.
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must.
• With leading experience in Deskside support, will consider as Team Lead.
• Immediate available preferred
