Job Description

• Responsible for reconciliation of inter-company transactions.
• Liaise with China offices on intercompany matters.
• Review accounts of China offices and ensure their timely and accurate submission.
• Assist in consolidate data for annual budget and annual audit.
• Participate in company stocktake.
• Take on ad-hoc assignments, eg ERP system implementation, internal audit.

Requirements:

• Good degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant audit or commercial experience
• Strong intercompany reconciliation skill
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Able to appreciate and grasp China accounting and tax
• Good command of spoken Chinese (Putonghua)
• Ad-hoc travel to major cities in China
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, well-organized and have strong sense of responsibility
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
