Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform and monitor daily settlement operation, including securities, futures & options and other CCASS and DCASS operations
- Perform corporate actions, placement, daily stock and cash reconciliation
- Monitor day to day settlement procedures
- Communicate with internal parties and foreign brokers to solve settlement problems
- Ensure all processing transactions are complied with all relevant external regulators and in-house policies
- Daily bank account reconciliation in numerous currencies
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial industry
- Experience in settlements with reconciliation knowledge
- Knowledge with CCASS and DCASS operations preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Settlement Officer
