Responsibilities:

• Report to General Manager / Head of Accounting
• Handle full set of accounting books including A/R, A/P and other account items;
• Prepare monthly sales summaries by customers / currencies and Cash Flow;
• Prepare estimated cash flow statements;
• Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data;
• Prepare invoices and reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted;
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues;
• Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization by sending bill reminders and contacting clients for collecting outstanding accounts / aging balances;
• Co-ordinate with regional offices for monthly closing; and
• Handle ad hoc project as assigned by Supervisor;

Requirements:

• Proven working experience of accounting related positions (candidate with less experience may still be considered for junior position)
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (Peachtree Accounting software / Multiable system would be an advantage)
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office
