Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting functions, i.e. issuing cheques, preparing vouchers, bank and accounts reconciliation
- Handle daily accounting operations, including accounting entries, AR & AP, filing
- Maintaining and recording of petty cash transactions;
- Assist in preparing month-end closing, monthly schedules, reports and analysis
- to perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- LCCI Level 2 or above
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Experience in handling full set of accounts independently
- Familiar with Peachtree and good Excel application
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Be responsible, independent and well-organized
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Candidate with more experience may considered as “Senior Accounts Clerk”
