Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting including data entries and reconciliations
• Calculate financial performance of various funds, Net Assets Values and capital allocation
• Monitor daily fund transactions and cash-flow
• Prepare monthly reports to present fund values and distributions
• Prepare financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements
• Prepare investor reports
• Process various investment portfolio activities
• Participate in the implementation of fund structures
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycle
• Coordinate with all relevant internal teams to ensure processes and workflows are aligned
• Support activities for audits and liaise with auditors as well as tax consultants and local regulators
• To establish, develop and maintain relationship with banks

 Key Requirements:

• Experience in SFC Type 9 regulatory reporting is a plus
• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Accountant with fund accounting experience is preferred
• Fund accounting knowledge in private equity and funds
• 3 years or above experiences in a previous accounting role gained in sizable companies in fund administration firm / fund house/ financial institution/ SFC licensed Corporation
• HKICPA or equivalent qualification
• Attentive to details, eager to learn and open to new challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills, excited to work as a team
• Motivated and diligent individual who is driven to meet deadlines
• A team player with sound judgment, problem solving and analytical skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including fluency of Mandarin)
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
