Key responsibilities: 

• Support daily operations of Human Resources including but not limit to recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations
• Ensure the personal record and files are accurate and in good order
• Assist in staff on-boarding process
• Maintain and update accurate personal records in HR system and P-file system
• Support in staff engagement and/or ad-hoc projects and activities

Key requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
• A minimum of 2 year’s human resources experience
• Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
• Passion with people, self-motivated, attention to details and well-organized
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Immediate available is preferred
