Job Scope

• Plan and implement ATL & BTL activities such as promotional activities, print advertisements, events, point-of-sales marketing etc.
• Create, direct and monitor product launch thematic advertising, advertorial, editorial approval and joint promotion with major media.
• Co-work with the sales team for promotional mechanism, special offers, instore display and POS materials
• Liaise and work with third-parties and other non-government organizations, facilitate joint promotions, event, talks & communication sessions by the Group
• Monitor competitor’s activities & their current market performance and trends through newspaper clippings and data analysis
• Plan and execute new product launching, and assist in product development

Pre-requisite

• University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• 1-2 years experience in skincare / healthcare / FMCG / advertising agency background is preferred. Fresh graduates with potential are also welcome
• Highly proficient in English & Chinese, both oral and written
• Proactive, result-driven and presentable
• Analytical minded, effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Hardworking with initiative and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in PC operations and Chinese wording processing
