Accountabilities and Activities

• Provide PC, server and network troubleshooting as well as hardware and software installation
• Administer and maintain operation and application systems
• Perform system health check and report to relevant parties
• Maintain system documentation and inventory control
• Design, documentation and publishing of work instructions and system workflow, including drafting and updating standard operation procedures (SOP)
• Work with project teams to investigate complex issues, identify and implement solutions to re-occurring problems
  
   

To be the qualified candidate, you should have

• Undergraduate/Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years hands on experience in troubleshooting PC and network related problems and providing application support
• Experience in Microsoft SQL and Oracle SQL database management systems is an advantage
• Experience in Microsoft .Net development platform such as ASP.net or VB.net programming language, as well as working knowledge in using   Microsoft Access is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good problem-solving and analytical skill
• Proactive and self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
