Accountabilities and Activities

• Mainly responsible for user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Understand the business requirements and to draw different business diagrams like use case diagram and sequence diagrams
• Liaise with users to gain an understanding on the current business processes and flows 
• Evaluate desired improvements of the impact of changes and proactively suggest improvements to the process 
• Identify business area's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement
• Document the requirements and ensure it shows the end-to-end business flow and system and prioritise business requirements across affected business areas 
• Define accurate, meaningful and measurable business cases including process, data and organisation
• Arrange meeting to discuss and clarify requirements
• Develop user acceptance test plans and schedule and liaise with owners and users to deliver and timescales
• Interface between the owner/ users and technical team and assist in defining the test approach for the system changes and assist the user in queries during the test analysis and execution phase
• Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance test and perform initial test
• Provide system related training to users
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned 
• Identified issues and resolved in a timely manner
• Work with Operations development manager to plan analysis work and highlight risks and issues
• Work with Operations development managers and users to define acceptance test case and data
• Reports to Operation Developments manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies

To be qualified for the position, you should have

• Undergraduate Degree
• Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role (Preferably in the insurance industry)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in MS office applications and strong PC skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player
