Job Description
We are looking for an energetic talent joining our Strategy & Operations Team as a Project Associate. He/ She will provide administrative and coordination support to the department manager on managing different company projects and also support its operations, he/ she must have good communication skills and attention to details; lots of learning opportunities will be offered to the right candidate. Candidate with more experience may be offered as Assistant Project Manager – Strategy & Operations.
Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative and coordination support to Company project and operations
• Responsible for meeting arrangements, coordination/ liaison with internal and external parties, and other tasks to facilitate the Company’s smooth operations
• Provide support with project governance
• Provide support to facilitate, manage and implement projects to ensure the timelines and quality of deliverable
• Provide support on compliance related matters
• Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively
• Engage in ad hoc tasks
Qualifications:
• University degree or above
• Min. 2+ years of experience in project management, experience in insurance industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and organization skills with great attention to detail
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Independent and good team player
• Engaging and proactive attitude is a must
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidate with more experience may be offered as Assistant Project Manager – Strategy & Operations
