Job Description:
Job Responsibility:
- Assist in developing and implementing Richemont regional internal communication concepts and channels for Asia Pacific
- Management of editorial calendars
- Draft content for internal communication channels, including the Richemont intranet and our corporate social network
- Support in setting up and maintaining an internal editors community across the region
- Creation and editing of video and photo material
- Collaborate with cross function team members and stakeholders to share and build upon ideas
- Contribute to employee communications projects across markets and Maisons
- Enhance employee engagement programs
- Plan, organize and implement employee events
- Support the strategic approach to strengthen an engaging culture
- Assist in developing a Corporate Social Responsibility strategy for Richemont Asia Pacific
- Plan and implement CSR activities
- Support CSR ambassadors within the markets in Asia Pacific with tool kits and information packages
