Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Handle whole recruitment process including advertisement posting, candidates screening and interview
- Provide human resources advice to business units on their human resources planning
- Monitor all headcount and recruitment budget
- Formulate, implement and review HR policies and procedures
- Develop Job Descriptions for all positions
- Conduct exit interviews on all staff
- Conduct and create team building programs
- Ensure individuals hired are a good brand identity and personality fit for the Company
- Build and maintain good communication with senior management
- Supervise HR and Admin staff to handle all the HR and Admin works
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or related field
- 4 years in managerial grade
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
- Experiences gained in F&B / retail industry is required
- Experience in handling payroll of outlet staff will be an advantage
- Company Secretarial knowledge is preferable
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Overseas exposure is required
