Responsibilities:

• Plan and administer operations support functions including manpower planning, productivity and costs control, system supports and all operational administrative support
• Direct coordinate with HR on Recruitment, selection and training for the new staff
• Coordinate with internal and external work-groups to fulfill the daily manpower requirements
• Coordinate facilities maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
• Lead and support operations projects as assigned by the management
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources or Supply Chain
• Minimum 5 years of operations support functions
• Good knowledge in related to HK labor ordinance, and/or related to HK employment regulations
• Strong in leadership, interpersonal skill and negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Be a collaborative & mature team player, responsible, well organized, and high integrity

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
