Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Centre’s goals by initiating and developing appropriate programmes and marketing strategies.
- Organize, coordinate and implement Centre’s events and activities.
- Liaise with various partners, organizations and artists.
- Organize courses, handle enquiries and enrolments.
- Prepare activities’ budget, schedule and reports.
- Handle Centre’s daily operation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma holder or above.
- 1 year working experience, preferably in event management or in NGOs.
- Knowledge of music and heritage will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Chinese and English typing.
- Good command of Chinese and English.
- Passionate in youth work and able to work under pressure.
- Articulate, detail-minded and be a good team player.
- Willing to work on shift and public holidays.
- Working location at Aberdeen.
*Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Programme Officer.
