Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll processing, taxation, MPF, benefits administration, and leave management and the ongoing enhancement and revamp; simplifications.
• Implementation of HR related IT applications processes.  
• Manage internal job matching and remuneration and related analysis to match with market benchmark.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related disciplines
• Min 2 years' experience in C&B areas in sizable companies
• Knowledge in HR System is an advantage
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Good data analytical capabilities and time management skills
• Good computer skills on MS applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
