Job Description
Our client is a listed jewellery company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct report to CRM manager
- Execute CRM programs
- Maintain and manage customer database information
- Generate reports and analyze results of all CRM program
- Execute online marketing programs and initiatives
Requirements:
- University graduate in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
- 2 years or above CRM experience
- Good computer skills
- Pro-active, good time management and able to work under pressure
- Results-driven and self-motivated
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
