The role will focus on the finance support to the Himel’s sales team globally in East Asia, Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, etc. The ideal candidate should possess experience in commercial finance functions and should have the demonstrated ability to work in matrix organizations with people at all levels from different culture background.  He / She should have flair for traveling and meeting the team in the regions.

Job responsibilities:

• Understand the Product line/BU, interact with Line of Business/Country for reporting
• Fix Standard Cost, Multiple level Transfer Price, Upstream Flow, HFM Reporting
• Monthly forecast - Order, Sales, Cash, Credit Limits (BG) , Overdue , Risk Assessment , DSO, Provisioning; Inventory Planning, Collaboration with SC , Inventory Aging (DIN) 
• Define Channel Policy, Performance Measurement, Channel Incentives
• SFC Planning, Control, Target Setting, SFC guidelines, Upstream SFC
• Carve out CCO P&L at Country level and Zone Level, CCO GM Analysis at Activity / Family / Reference Level
• Pricing Analysis at Activity level / Family / Reference Level / Delta Price

Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience in commercial finance functions
• Good facilitation, planning and organization skills
• Ability to be flexible and responsive in the demanding environment of a start-up organization
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Motivated and accustomed to performing and meeting Targets
• Strategic view, team work and quick execution with a sense of speed
• Self-Starter and willing to accept challenges
• Frequent traveler
• Fluent in English and Chinese
