Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets assigned
• Provide professional customer services to deal with customer enquiries, in order to build up and maintain a long-term relationship with clients, and to achieve an expansion of expansion of firm’s portfolio
• Promote a wide range of financial services to prospect customers to satisfy their financial needs include but not limited to CASA, Unsecured Lending, Mortgage, Insurance, Credit Card and etc., whilst strictly adhering to sales process guidelines
• Assist in various promotional events to acquire new customers and increase existing customers’ loyalty
• Liaise with product specialists where appropriate to refine our banking services
• Assist in complying compliance requirements and adhere to relevant guidelines of the bank internally and regulatory institution
• Assist branch manager/ assistant branch manager to scrutinize and make intelligent examinations of daily computer reports regarding customer portfolios

Requirements:

• University degree in any discipline, major in Business, Finance or Marketing or equivalent are preferred
• Pass in HKSI and IIQE Paper 1,2,3
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience of retail banking, preferably in banking product or customer segmentation
• Good knowledge of deposit and banking products
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage
