As a member of the Travel Retail team, the Make-up Artistry & Events Executive (Contract) will be in-charge of providing product and service training to Make-Up Artistes and generic staff for Travel Retail Asia Pacific. He/she will also drive and manage make-up events where needed.

Reports to: Retail Education Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Training

• Conduct training in accordance with Education strategies
• Conduct initial training sessions for new MU Artistes
• Conduct seasonal training sessions for MU Artistes and generic staff of operators
• Follow up with in-store/counter coaching to ensure consistency of service delivery, grooming and achievement of sales goals
• Manage all logistics around training sessions directly with the operators
• Respect the allocated budget for each training program
• Assist with administrative work as and when needed

Events

• Collaborate with Education team in planning, executing and fronting consumer workshops and events

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Professional Makeup or equivalent
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience as a Trainer and preferably in a similar industry
• Strong artistry skills, with a passion for education
• Must be able to engage an audience whilst demonstrating and explaining the MU techniques used
• Strong command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Putonghua), for classroom/event presentations
• Strong communication skills, highly organized, meticulous and attentive to details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint
• Frequent travelling is required (at least 60%)
