Job Description
We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Draftsman. Details of the position as follow:
Job Requirement
- Holder of diploma in Architectural Design / Interior Design or related fields
- At least 3 years' experience in architectural design or interior design CAD drafting gained in local architectural / interior design firms (candidate with less experience will be considered for appointment as Junior Draftsman)
- Competent in coordinating CAD drawings for the all architectural, MEP drawing or interior fitting-out projects
- Well-versed in local building regulations, competent in preparation of general building plans and construction drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Photoshop, BIM will be an advantage
