Job Description
JS Aluminium Window is a window distributor and installation service firm based in Hong Kong, carrying a wide range of reputable brands across European countries including Germany, Belgium, Spain and more. We believe in system, science and service.
To cope with the growing business, we are currently looking for a proactive and responsible candidate to lead part of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Construction management:
- Formulate, submit and regularly update the submission schedules for method statements, shop drawings, construction drawings, samples and BD submissions
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors for development construction details
- Monitor site progress and site coordination works
- Assign, coordinate and supervise project coordinator / assistant project coordinator to perform relevant work
Technical coordination:
- Coordinate with architect, designers, and relevant parties to resolve drawings and technical problems/conflicts and prepare proper records
- Ensure projects to be completed within a specific time frame and meet the project requirements
- Plan and mobilise site works to fulfil the requirements of main contractor
- Supporting Sales Team with technical problem
Successful Applicants Require:
- Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Management or Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in Construction with at least 2 years in related façade works is highly preferred
- Manage project to meet quality standard, profitability and within time frame
- Excellent communication and site management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and AutoCAD
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Aggressive, self-motivated, well-organised and detail-oriented
