Responsibilities:

• Participate in web & mobile application, technical design of regional projects
• Responsible for software architecture & application design, define technology direction & development standard
• Assist in project management for a sustainable digital business development of the Company
• Participate in research & development of best practices and common functions
• Participate in the Company’s digital strategy planning
• Participate to initiate and implement digital financing and banking projects to achieve the Company’s strategic goals and objectives
• Prepare, coordinate, participate and develop for the Company’s new e-banking, e-commerce and e-settlement products and services
• Coach the development and review the implementation of new digital strategy
• Review existing operations and plan for continuous enhancement of the Company’s digital services
• Work closely with other PMs in a team environment and participate on the on-time and quality delivery of projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and/or related fields
• 8 years experience, solid project development experience preferred, in which 4 years working as a technical team leader of larger scale & cross-regional web and mobile programs, especially on net settlement and payment solutions. Eg. Mobile payment
• Ability to lead and execute full technical project life cycles from requirements, development, testing & production and quality assurance/testing team
• Knowledge of e-commerce or e-payment experience is a must. Demonstrates an understanding of technology on web and mobile payment services
• Target driven, good problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Excellent communication skills with good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Knowledge of Japanese is surely an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
