Job Description :        

• Assumes overall responsibility for the central data security, web security and privacy policies, architecture and procedures within the group companies.
• Works with operations and IT management to create, document, implement and manage policies, procedures and practices that ensure the availability, integrity, confidentiality and privacy of information assets.

Primary duties :

• Responsible for the implementation of security best practices, external compliance requirements, and global security team defined objectives
• Identify security deficiencies and gaps and suggest suitable additional controls
• Co-ordinate with group companies in the creation of policies, procedures, or guidelines to ensure security and privacy of information and computer systems
• Develop and implement the information security strategy and architecture to be used by systems developers and administrators
• Maintain expertise in security-related technologies, trends, issues, and solutions
• Investigates security needs, and recommends; plans, implements, tests, and monitors information security improvements
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Establish policies and procedures for Business Continuity and ongoing monitoring.

Requirements :

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Information Systems / Information Assurance / Computer Science with additional security related certifications like certified CISSP / CISM etc.
• 5-10 years of experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Experienced with the implementation process for web operation, PCI DSS etc. in a large enterprise environment.
• Exposed to technologies such as Firewalls and IDS/IPS, AS400, Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy, Vulnerability Assessment Tools, and Log Management solutions etc.
• Support the implementation, oversight, and remediation of organizational risk assessments
• Managing and driving projects independently and without day to day oversight by management
• Good communication skills including proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Occasional Travel is required.
