Turner & Townsend is currently working on a major infrastructure programme in Hong Kong and is looking for high calibre candidates to join the expanding team in managing the major project. We are seeking for talents with below details:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities:

• Formulate, manage and implement both conventional and contemporary construction project procurement strategies such as target cost contracts and design & build contracts
• Provide professional advice on  the appropriate contract terms to address particular contract requirements
• Prepare construction tender documents including contractual review of construction drawings, specifications and pricing documents
• Manage and execute the tendering, tender assessment and contract award processes and preparing associated contract documents
• Perform all other pertinent procurement and contract management tasks to select contractors with view to achieve the key project objectives

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years’ Quantity Surveyor experience on large construction projects
• Solid and hands-on experience on M&E quantity surveying and cost management
• Experience in leading a team of quantity surveyors
• Candidates with previous experience in infrastructure construction projects is an advantage
• Professional qualification
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficient in English languages both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office applications
