Our client, one of the top MNCs in the region are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their team.  This is a great opportunity for a talented team player to join a strong, tightly knit group in a great working environment

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in a hands-on helpdesk role (please give specific information on what technologies you have supported)
• Windows XP - Windows 7
• Active Directory & Email (Exchange) administration: access and permissions
• Additional expertise with voice & videoconferencing (Cisco, Avaya, Nortel) & handheld (Blackberry, iPhone) a definite advantage
• Good University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Additional expertise and/or certification in Microsoft (MCITP), support (ITIL) or networking (CCNA) would be very useful
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) a must
