Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement online sales strategy and traffic optimization
- Analyze the online sales performance and roll out effective digital marketing activities and promotion to reach sales target
- Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform functions
- Manage e-commerce quality control and quality assurance initiatives
- Work closely with various internal and external parties, including agency, marketing, graphic designers, system development team, 3PL etc
- Coordinate marketplace partnership and build relationship
- Prepare sales, traffic, promotion reports and competitor analysis regularly
- Ad hoc projects as required
- Responsible for manage overall logistics, customer service, stock and dashboard of activities
- Explore new business channel
Requirements:
- Bachelor in e-Business/Digital Marketing / Communication or related disciplines;
- 2 years e-commerce working experience
- Experience in official online store or 3rd marketplaces platform (e.g. HBX, Lazada, TMALL, Amazon...) will be an advantage
- Good knowledge in Google Analytics will be definitely advantage
- High Adversity Quotient (AQ)
- Good fashion sense, detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills
- Occasional travel is required
- Good presentation, communication and influencing skills
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
- Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, think out of the box and able to work fast-paced working environment
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior E-Commerce Executive
