Responsibilities:

• Handle AP and daily payment
• Manage AR for online business, e.g. World Pay, PayPal and Marketplaces
• Working closing with operation for order processing
• Handle enquires from operation for customer’s payment status
• Handle daily and month end accounting duties, e.g. prepare journal entries and BS schedules
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• F.5/ DSE graduated with LCC Accounting Cert
• 1-year relevant accounting experience preferred
• Proficient in excel is preferred
• Experience in using MS Dynamics GP will be advantage
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Clerk
