Duties: 

1. Delivering lectures for Higher Diploma and Undergraduate level in the subjects of Social Work;
2. Taking up programme management and administration duties;
3. Liaising with external parties e.g. SWRB, HKCAAVQ ;and participating in programme accreditation and recognition exercises;
4. Engaging in programme development and academic quality assurance duties;
5. Carrying out duties on student activities and programme promotion e.g. student recruitment and admission;
6. Leading and participating in academic research. 

Requirements:

1. A master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized university, preferably with a doctoral degree in social work;
2. Registered Social Worker with the SWRB;
3. Minimum 5 years’ working experience in social work field or relevant industry and, preferably with experience in teaching related discipline;
4. With the record of research is preferred;
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
6. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
7. Applicants with the experience in programme leadership and management will be considered the Post of Associate Professor.
