Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To manage technical service delivery to the key account customers
- To supervisor and provide technical support to the engineer
- To lead problem diagnosis and manage customer request
- To perform detail network design for large scale network system
Requirements:
- Applicants should be degree holders in related disciplines with more than 8 years’ experience in data communications
- CCNP/CCDP/CCIE or vendor certification
- Proficient skill in multiple disciplines (e.g. Routing and Switching, Firewall or load balancer)
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Applicant with lesser experience can apply Assistant Technical Service Manager
