Chevalier (E & M Contracting) Limited, a subsidiary of Chevalier Group, is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the large-scale multi-disciplinary building services projects from tendering, negotiation to execution
• Monitor the financial and contractual aspects of the projects and ensure all works are in compliance of contractual requirements
• Supervise the site progress and complete the projects on schedule within budget
• Liaise all works with various parties between clients, main contractors and consultants

 Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years' relevant experience in large - scale building services projects with at least 5 years' experience in managerial level
• Qualification with MHKIE, MIMechE, MCIBSE or equivalent is highly preferred
• Good commercial and contractual acumen
• Familiar with construction process, practice and standards
• Conscious in time management, project cost control, safety and quality
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Possess excellent leadership and project management skills
