BASIC FUNCTION / JOB PURPOSE 

Reporting to China Tianjin Based Sales Director – Industrial Services, China, this Business Development Manager oversees the execution of  sales, business development and clients servicing projects and activities in the region of Hong Kong and Macao. 

Responsible to develop, grow and manage industrial service business in HK and Macao to meet the KPI and business targets. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee and execute marketing initiatives to capture business opportunities;

Engage in various sales activities to sell all service products and solutions to existing customers and develop new accounts to meet business targets;

Manage service daily operations in the territory to ensure service delivery in good quality:

Identify, evaluate and manage risks, ensure compliance with the Company and industry policies and local regulations.

Coordinate and support the activities of all business functions of the Company operating in the territory;

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management 

Personnel Requirements:

Good command of English language (both written and spoken);

Chinese language  such as Mandarin and Cantonese a MUST;

Above 5 years of solid work experience in service related sales or business development , previous crane industry related sales and BD experience much preferred;

Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills;

Strong client servicing mindset, skills and knowledge
