Responsibilities:

• To monitor and supervise colleague and sub-contractor for corrective and maintenance work for Government manipulate venue in New Territories
• Attendance of emergency call around the clock and lead the rectification work
• Liaise with the Government staff at site
• Preparation of fault call report or other paper work and responsible for site safety of the workers

Requirement:

• High Diploma or above in Building Service, other area may also be considered
• 5 years in maintenance of HVAC. Experience in Government job is an advantage
• Completed Site Safety Cycle and OSH trainer course or equivalent is preferred
• With valid Grade “A0” or above Electrical Worker Registration Certificate, prefer with Grade “B0”
• With valid Construction Industry Safety Card & Construction Workers Registration Card
• Sound knowledge in MS office, prefer with AUTOCAD ability
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• 3-years contract
