Job duty

• Responsible for the daily operations of a number of bakery retail stores
• Monitor shops performance to achieve sales targets and maximize productivity
• Build up teamwork and lead the frontline team to deliver exceptional quality of service
• Cooperate among the shops and internal departments to devise guidelines and procedures for operating retail business in a systematic way
• Ensure the marketing promotion and event execution efficiency
• Manpower arrangement

Requirement

• Diploma holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ solid experience in the retail business
• Familiar with the F&B/ Retail/ Baking industry
• Proactive, sales and customer oriented with good people management skill
• Proficiency in both written & spoken Chinese & English
