Responsibilities

• Provide Application Support for New book business platform including Sinosoft
• Application production change management
• Application problem management
• Application issue management
• Handling of internal user query/request such as data extraction
• Liaison with third party service provider related to Applications * Third party API * Bank interfaces, etc.
  

Requirements

• University graduate with at least 7-years technical support experience
• Linux experience such as scripting
• Experience in SQL Redhat Tomcat support skills
• Good understanding web application structure
• Team player and eager to learn new things
• Willing to provide 24x7 roster on standby
• Financial regulated environment experience will be preferred
• Understanding of insurance products will be a distinct advantage
