Job Description
Nature and Scope of Position
Develop and maintain good working contact with media (fashion/design/lifestyle press for product placement, feature stories, on-line and broadcast media) in Hong Kong and in China.
To work with Department Head in coordinating media related requests, events and celebrity requests for Hong Kong and China, as well as with franchisees Asia.
To work with media in Hong Kong and China directly for the pitching of brand stories, feature articles, designer interviews etc.
Assist in the coordination celebrity relations to insure liaison with key local celebrities.
Provide support in PR activities including branding events, press presentations, media networking events etc. Responsibilities including assisting in the liaising with production house, catering company, logistic company
To provide quality strategic inputs in PR related initiatives aiming to promote and enhance the image of the brand.
To work with PR assistant and all press office related admin work such as press sample inventories and coordination, archiving of seasonal samples etc.
To oversee all press reporting for the region and insure that editorials are properly accounted for.
English and Chinese copywriting and proof-reading of press releases and other brand related materials.

Requirements:
Degree holder in Marketing, Journalism, Communication or related discipline
Minimum 3 year relevant experience
Team player, Presentable and Strong communication skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Pleasant, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
Strong fashion sense
