Job Duties:

• Responsible for daily system operation includes batch run and printing
• Being a member of IT Service Desk to provide technical assistance to field force & operation staff
• Perform administrative work related to SRF logging, filing, reporting & channel unanswered quires to appropriate persons to handle
• Manage proper server backup and restoration
• Provide user support in hardware equipment and application software as well as maintaining its inventory
• Assist in system administration to ensure smooth operation
• Assist in implementation of information security standards
• Comply with company and Head Office IT auditing, compliance and security standards to ensure quality assurance within Chubb systems
• Perform other duties as assigned to comply with IT strategic missions

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology or related fields is preferred
• Minimum 3 y ears’ experience of related working knowledge
• Good knowledge of Information Technology especially in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft O365, LAN
• Good organization and interpersonal skills are required
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in
• Mandarin is an added advantage

Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered.
