Responsibilities:

• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person or via phone to diagnose and resolve end user technical hardware and software issues in compliance with policies and procedures
• Provide Helpdesk support & fulfil helpdesk request where the ticket submitted by users.
• Diagnose, resolve technical and software issues related to user’s computer.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Logging, keeping records of helpdesk tickets and spot common trend.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant computer software, hardware and other equipment.
• Related experience in troubleshooting and providing help desk support.
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve desktop & laptop, applications and network issues
• Ability to initiate corrective and proactive actions
• Diagnose, troubleshooting and provide a resolution for helpdesk tickets submitted by users.
• Windows Operating System & Network performance and troubleshooting.
• Desktop & Laptop set up, installation and troubleshooting.
• End-user service orientation.
• Fresh graduates in IT / Engineering subjects or above are welcomed to apply
