Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide daily user support on PC and system functions;
Provide hardware and software maintenance support to users and on-site system health check;
Provide network support and assist supervisors in servers and network equipment's monitoring;
Assist in setting up a workstation or network equipment, scheduling and monitoring computer equipment installation/ relocation;
Assist in managing the hardware and software inventory items and maintain up-to-dated inventory record;
Assist supervisors in purchasing computers, network equipment, and accessories, etc.
Provide high-quality solutions to IT issues or forward issues to the appropriate support group. Escalate whenever necessary.
Requirements:
F.6 or High Diploma of Computer Science above(Fresh Graduates with no experience are also welcome to apply);
Familiar with Microsoft Windows, MS Office O365, LAN, TCP/IP, and network equipment operation and maintenance;
Good command in English and Cantonese
1 year IT helpdesk support or relevant experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Immediate availability is advantageous
