Our client, a well-established financial Institution is inviting caliber candidates to join their IT team:
VDI Support Engineer
Job Highlights
- 3 yrs exp in EUC support
- Diploma Holder in IT related discipline is preferable
- Hands on experience in VDI (VMWare)
- VIP (Senior Management) support experience is a plus
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience in VDI (VMWare);
- Assist the VDI Project deployment includes user management, profile migration, data migration, troubleshooting and inventory management;
- Provide EUC support, inclusive of Office IT systems, PC hardware / software / connectivity and BYOD users;
- Maintain Microsoft Office and Outlook Applications (troubleshooting & problem solving) and VPN, Familiar with PC / Laptop / Phone / Mobile phone / Thin Client
Requirements:
- Diploma Holder in IT related discipline is preferable;
- Good analytical, PC / device trouble shooting, and problem solving skills, good interpersonal skill and a good team player, mature, dynamic, work independent and self-motivated;
- Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- VIP (Senior Management) support experience is a plus;
- 3 years exp in EUC support.
