Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• Absolute passion for games
• Working knowledge and understanding of game design documentation and technical writing
• Excellent written and oral Chinese skills, proficient in writing and documentation
• Ability to create compelling dialog for use in an interactive world
• Good organizational skills, able to grasp narrative needs and elements in game fiction
• Acute attention to detail
• Is a proactive writer, able to work under little supervision and direction
   
  

Actual Job Duties:

• Mainly provide content follow-up and subplots for the games developed by the design team
• Put and apply action plans into place to improve content and ensure their implementation on the ground
• Tell amazing stories with clear purpose and efficiency
• Work with design team to develop fun and interesting game play elements and scenarios
• Work with animators to script storyboard and animations into game environment
• Prepare documentations for game play systems, mechanics, maps and quests
• Create, collaborate and edit in-game text, character dialog, cinematic scripts and descriptions for quests and NPC characters
• Manage and execute a schedule of regular content releases and build a pipeline of future content
• Some editing tasks 
  

An advantage would be:

• Successfully published writing work, preferably in domains related to childhood
• Experience in game design, game testing or game writing
