We are seeking for a highly motivated, high calibre professional to join our Information Technology & Systems team for Victoria Educational Organisation (VEO). Reporting to the Senior IT Manager of VEO, the System Support Analyst is responsible for supporting campus related application systems, conduct daily support, user training, gather user requirements for development/enhancement, prepare Test case and perform UAT, etc. Working closely with the Central Section Team, Campus and Administration Teams to support the School’s digital technologies for teaching and learning needs.

The successful candidate will:

• Possess relevant system/application analyst experience in providing client support, user requirements gathering, construct test cases and conduct UAT;
• Be a team player and problem solver, able to work with all levels of users;
• Interact effectively with all stakeholders of the School, including teaching and non-teaching staff, Finance, Administration and Marketing teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Campus related applications (Web and Mobile Apps), play as a super user to bridge between users and development vendors
• Conduct daily support for operation affairs raised by campuses staffs
• Co-ordinate with users of different areas, resolve issues and concerns raised by users
• Participate in application development projects, gathering requirements, analysis and prepare user requirement specifications
• Manage requirements throughout project life cycles
• Prepare test plan and QA testing cycles
• Ensure the enhanced systems meet requirement specifications
• Support UAT, conduct user training, prepare user manual and project documentation
• Monitoring deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
• On top of application system supports, SSA would provide daily general Desktop Helpdesk Support to users, and escalate issue to 2nd Tier Support when necessary
• Undertake ad hoc tasks assigned (e.g. photo/video taking at school events)

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Systems or relevant disciplines
• Fresh graduates might also be considered
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Able to speak Cantonese, English and Putonghua
