Responsibilities:

Contract to a government department to perform system development.

• Conduct web application development;
• Assist in conduction of various level of testing, data conversion and user training;
• Perform system setup and nursing; and
• Prepare program specification and other documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher diploma in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years IT work experience;
• Minimum 1 year experience as Analyst Programmer or similar capacity;
• Hands-on experience in HTML5, Javascript, MS ASP.NET and SQL;
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English; and
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
