Job Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
• 1-2 years relevant experience in IT operation and helpdesk support
• Experience in hardware & software support and networking
• Familiar with Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7/10 application
• Responsible, energetic, flexible with good problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily IT operations including system maintenance and data backup
• Assist in IT infrastructure such as PC, internet, network devices and security system
• Provide helpdesk support on new user setup and managing hardware & software
• Work closely with IT service providers on system upgrade and license renewal
