Key accountabilities

• Monitor the finance systems applications daily and ensure a secure and reliable finance system platform under a sound governance framework
• Establish and promote consistent best practices on system configurations, applications, data backup and security settings to be adopted across the group
• Ensure finance systems configurations (including data structure) and user access rights are authorized and set up properly
• Provide day-to-day end user support, training and troubleshoot across the group for operating the finance systems
• Develop report template in the finance systems by contributing to the design and functionality in conjunction with business users
• Provide technical advice and support to ensure successful and timely implementation and continued improvement/upgrade of the group’s finance system platforms
• Provide support in finance systems implementation/upgrade, manage proper documentation and communication of P&P
  
  

General requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure of the Finance and Accounting functions
• Knowledge in Finance Systems, advanced user of Marco applications and database application
• A good team player with can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, good prioritization and time management skills
• Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
