Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal and external parties to achieve the project deliverable
• Identify project requirements to establish project activities
• Communicate with internal senior management for reporting the project progress
• Manage internal customer & team relationships, project schedules, resource allocation and cost control
• Manage project documentation including Project Initiate Document, Implementation Plan, Closure Report and Weekly Status Update etc
• Manage conflicts and issues to ensure the project status on track

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Computer Science of Information Systems
• Project Management Certifications
• Minimum 5 years' general IT experience, including 3 years of solid and traceable project management experience
• Experience in commercial environment and/or government departments
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skill
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience and qualification can be consider as Associate Project Manager
