Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-
Perform shift duty in data centre operations (08:30 – 17:00 or 12:30 – 21:00)

Execute IT operation tasks for various IT systems in an accurate manner, which includes batch job running, report printing, system backup, logs monitoring, etc.

Handle IT helpdesk enquiries and troubleshoot issues for internal users

Assist in remote site setup, relocation and projects execution
Requirements:
-
Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline
-
At least 1-year experience in IBM & equivalent system operation, job execution, monitoring and MS Windows related applications support

Excellent customer services manner and communication skill
- Self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently and provide result with good quality
