Responsibilities:

• Responsible for engineering development, quality management system, proficient in R & D process, system analysis, architecture and design, lead product R & D project and management, responsible for product R & D progress, product quality and core competitiveness.

• Make feasibility analysis and overall plan for new product introduction and lead the whole R & D team to implement it. At the same time, the risk of new product is analyzed to ensure the accurate positioning of development and reduce the risk of it.

• Cooperate with internal and external resources to promote the process of product development and marketing, manage product life cycle, product optimization and improvement in time, help to achieve the profit target of the company; coordinate the internal team members in structure, electronic, design  and other departments.

• Investigate the product technical solution and application, customer base of the same industry, and export the core competitive analysis report of product and technology regularly.

• Responsible for product development process from product planning, project establishment to final implementation, listing project management.

• Old products Improvement to resolve related customer complaints.

• Day- to-day management of R & D department and team building work.

     Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in engineering, basic knowledge of structural design, electronic circuits and machinery.

• More than 10 years technical R & D experience with more than 5 years technical team management.

• Familiar with the R&D of small household appliances and automobile accessory products.

• Familiar with engineering development quality management system, such as ISOTS16949 and other safety requirements in the Greater China.

• Familiar with company and factory operation

• Good at leading team members

• Strong ability of innovation and technical guidance, strong self-driving force

• Strong communication skills and executive power

• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Need to stay working in Shenzhen
