Responsibilities:

• Responsible for materials and parts purchasing activities including sourcing, RFQ, selection, purchase order process, supplier quality issues and delivery monitoring
• Drive price reduction, communicate and negotiate with suppliers
• Monitor, measure and review supplier performance, handle supplier audit
• Prepare regular report and analysis
• Update database accurately

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management/ Procurement/ Engineering/ Business Administration or related discipline
  
• 2 years of relevant experience in industrial sourcing and purchasing field
• Familiar with cost analysis
• Experience in procurement procedures formulation and SAP are advantages
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Station in DongGuan is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Procurement Officer 
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
